​Kowhai  Rotorua / Bay of Plenty has been owned and operated by Carl Smith & Nick Hill since late 2022.

Whilst new to operating this area, Carl lives locally. Both partners have also managed Kowhai Waikato and Kowhai East Auckland operations since 2018.

In total, they have a crew of 9 and attribute much of their ongoing growth to the excellent systems and staff training they have in place. All of their crew hold Advanced Height Safety & Fall Arrest Certification.
 

Outside of work the guys all share an interest in motosport and anything that involves being in or on the water.
